Tenant isolation, tested on every change
Row-level security in the database and an organisation boundary in the application keep each organisation's data separate. An automated cross-organisation isolation test runs on every code change.
Single sign-on and provisioning
SAML 2.0 single sign-on, SCIM user provisioning and optional multi-factor authentication, with role-based access inside each organisation.
An audit trail for decisions
Approvals, changes, allocations, artefacts and decisions are written to audit logs. AI can draft and recommend, but a person confirms before anything changes.
Secure by default delivery
HTTPS with HSTS, a strict content security policy, rate limiting, and secret and code scanning on every change. The production database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
We do not yet hold an independent certification such as ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials. We are happy to walk your security team through our controls and the evidence behind them.
